Macy's Money is a reward card that you can earn by making qualifying purchases during an earning period.

During the earn period, we'll give you $10 of Macy's Money for every $50 you spend, up to a $40 Macy's Money reward card in a single transaction.

You can redeem Macy's money during a redemption period.

Macy's Money can be redeemed on any product. This Macy’s Money Reward Card may not be redeemed for cash, used to purchase Macy’s Gift Cards, or applied as payment or credit to your Credit Card account. When you make a purchase with this card, your receipt will show any remaining balance. Please safeguard this card. Because no proof of purchase receipt is provided with the card, it is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. To check the balance of this card, see a Store Colleague. This card is required for all sales and inquiries.

If a purchase used to accumulate Macy’s Money is returned, your return may result in a reduction of the value of your Macy’s Money Reward Card and/or a reduction of your total refund amount. The remaining balance of your Macy’s Money Reward Card will reflect the Macy’s Money amount you qualify for after deducting the returned item(s) from your original purchase amount.

You can see a maximum of 20 Macy's Money cards in your Wallet.

Exclusions for the EARN event:

Excludes the following purchases: Tech watches/jewelry/accessories, Tech, Macy’s Backstage, Beauty Box Subscriptions, Scan & Pay Purchases, gift cards, furniture, mattresses, rugs, services & fees, sales tax, leased depts., third party sellers, restaurants, international orders, e-gifting, online backorders

To see if your Macy's Money was applied to your order, please follow these steps.

• Sign in to your profile
• Click on 'my account'
• View 'my order history'
• Click on 'order details' next the order you just placed

Below the order number is the payment information. You will notice that 'EGC' (Electronic Gift Card) is listed; this is your Macy's Money Reward Card. The amount will appear as $0.00 until your order ships. Once your order is on it's way, the payment method will update and you will see that your Macy's Money has been applied to your order.
