Inaccurate Product Description By On-Line Chat Rep

I contacted the on-line chat to find out if this charm was 4 sided, or flat. The chat representative informed me it was 4 sided "just like the actual Eiffel Tower". When I received it, it was actually flat. Very disappointed.
