Late Shipping Customer Service Refuse to Help

I called because the item was placed 6 days ago and the Delivory date changed. It appeared as being processed and automated system said it was being processed. The phone representative said I could not change to expedited shipping because it was already shipped. 2 stories and no help. I ask to cancel and reorder item with expedited shipping, but she also refused as well. Poor follow up and no customer solution offered.

Best Suede Boots

These boots are very nice and comfortable. I walked and danced all night. They fit perfectly, I actually felt as if I was walking on air.

not for me

I ordered these boots for the wide calf - nope - I never considered my legs large but high boots just don't fit. I was surprised the zipper was not the length of the boot but a short three or four inches on the side. Didn't make sense...they were returned.

Not flattering material

The boots looked great in the picture, but when I tried them on, they looked cheap, especially the shaft of the boot. I don't think it's real leather.

Beautiful boot

The boot felt really good on my feet, however the calves were too tight so I had to return the boot. The material seemed nice.
