It started showing signs of wear within a month or two of purchase. It got progressively worse. (We are an adult family and don't even use the table daily as we have an island and outdoor dining area.) Someone from Macy's came out to look at the wear and took pictures. Then...crickets. I called to follow up and was told it was normal wear. Seriously? I have other Bernhardt furniture in my home and they have held up far better than this piece. Macy's offered me $800 credit. Seriously? Never again, Macy's.
