Cute but pray for your ankles

I bought these for my work uniform, and I thought they were so cute that I decided to wear them while I was off of work. I wore them for MAYBE 15 minutes total, and I have never had a shoe cut the back of my ankles so quickly and intensely. I couldn’t even wear them back up to my apartment and went barefoot. I have to wear 2x panty hose (to cover tattoos) for my job, so I am hoping that will provide enough buffer between the shoe and my skin, but to wear these with nothing in between? Good luck. You may have to wear a bandaid until they’re broken in. They are SO cute but my ankles are so messed up it’s almost not funny.
