Excellent Experience at Syracuse NY Mall

I had such a wonderful experience at Macy’s in Syracuse, NY mall thanks to an incredible sales associate, Faima, who helped measure and fit my son for this suit. Faima did a fantastic job from start to finish. The store was extremely busy, but she handled the crowd with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. She was constantly on the move, zooming all over the department to assist multiple customers, yet she never made us feel rushed or overlooked. She took the time to measure my son properly, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything fit perfectly. For reference, my son is 6’0, weighs 145lbs, with long thin legs and arms. He went with the 38 Long in the jacket, and 30,32 for the matching pants. It’s rare to see someone manage such a high-volume environment with such grace and positivity. Her customer service truly stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. Macy’s is lucky to have her!

Excellent Pants & Top-Notch Customer Service

My husband and I had a last-minute event to attend, and in a bit of a rush, we headed to Macy's hoping to find everything we needed in one place. While I didn’t have much luck at first, our entire experience turned around when we met Michael in the men’s department. Michael truly made our evening unforgettable. His expertise was incredible — he accurately guessed my husband’s exact pant and shirt sizes, measurements and all! It was impressive to watch and made the whole process effortless and enjoyable. He’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and welcoming — the type of person you look forward to seeing again, whether you need styling advice or just want to say hello. Michael is truly a hidden gem at Macy’s. If you’re shopping for men’s wear, do yourself a favor and ask for him. You’ll be so glad you did!
