Not what I expected

Nice packaging but boots have a very cheap look! Not the quality that I expected from Macy's....I usually order up a half size, I'm a size 6.5 and I ordered a 7 so that I can wear heavier socks or arch support, I haven't tried them but I think they might still be too big-run a bit large. Even though they were on sale, I will probably return them. They look plastic.

Wrong boot

Never received Macy’s sent a totally different boot I return the wrong boot for a refund
