Lost one and bought another

I bought these a few years ago and have really loved them. I'm not sure what happened with the latch, but one day I found that one had just fallen out, and I couldn't find it. I wish it was still under warranty because I believe the latch had started to get loose, since I'd found it randomly unlatched a few times before. Still bought another pair because they are so lovely, high quality everyday wear earrings.
