Pretty but Sized Wrong

Hat is really pretty and nice. However, it has a weird fit. Too short between the lower inner band and the upper hat center.

Arrived with Stains

The white had arrived stained from the black adjustment band that’s on the inside! I would order another on, but if it gets the least bit of moisture it will stain! Poor design and quality.

not the hat in the picture

gave a 1 star. would give less if I could. not at all what was pictured. first, no bow nor was there a place for one! in the picture the pink was a true pink, the one I got is so dark mauve that it looks brown unless you look at it in a specific light. it’s plain and not attractive at all! sorry, have to return. so disappointed, in 25 +years with macys I’ve never had to return anything
