Chiffon pull on skirt

I have purchased Anne Klein many times. So much that I took a chance with this skirt, even though it was last act! I wear "0" so I purchased XS. The skirt was so big, it kept falling off me. Also ran really long. Oh well, here goes a donation to Goodwill.
