Hi. Macy's has been my favorite store for a long time. Unfortunately, locations have changed and I don't access it as much. Quality merchandise that goes on sale. My visit to your store recently was good except when I had to wait for a salesperson to give me some perfume. I was waiting for 15 minutes while I watched a person getting her makeup applied which I think is terrific but the perfume lady was working with one customer a long time. Thank goodness a very congenial man came over to help. However, I did not get my free gift. Also, I had $200 worth of gift cards to use but couldn't. When I purchased my clothes the salesperson asked me to scan my card but didn't ask if I was using my charge card, or cash, or gift card, Then I inadvertently used my charge card which was not my intention. and I know that you leave your name on a piece of clothing that you will purchase to help identify the items you chose but the salesperson doesn't always ask. This time she did which I appreciate. Also, I'd like to suggest that as a young woman shopping with my mom there would always be a chair to sit in while one of us tried on clothing. These are no longer available. And with all the winter gear that a person has to carry these days there are no shopping carts to use. Naturally I would buy more items if I had a cart. I mean it is asking a lot for me to say there could be a coat check so as to avoid any thief activity hiding goods under a coat or something but, I think your usual store cameras and detectives do that already. Yes, it would be so nice to have a seat occasionally while shopping. Other than those things I mentioned I'm still shopping at Macy's but online is just not the same. That's only a matter of convenience.If I could I would shop more often.
