Ugly!!!

I have manny if the Anne Klein sequin tops. This was made differently. The sleeveless shell underneath is not very attractive, with the sequin outer shell not attached to the under shell. Not very attractive. My other Anne Klein sequin tops are so nicely made. What happened with this top???
