Disappointing

This bag is bigger then o expected. Totally loses its shape once you take out the paper it is stuffed with. Taking it back.

Uncomfortable

Strap hurts. Strap is way too thin on this bag. Paid wayyy too much for it and return window is closed. Will be my last purchase from Macy’s.

Beautiful but...

It's a beautiful purse and I'm keeping it. But. There's no pockets for my cell phone. My sunglasses. My makeup. My keys. I'm using separate makeup bags from Macy's to put these items in.
