Poor quality

Bought this shoe for my mom. The chain is from a very poor quality material and caused injuries to her foot.

Runs small

Cute shoes but runs SMALL. I'm a true size 7 and the shoes fit a little snug. Didn't want to risk breaking the chain so I returned them. Will be ordering a 7.5 for sure. 3 stars because it says it's "leather" but didn't really seem like it. Not a deal breaker though.
