Disappointing quality

I adored the look of these boots when I saw them online; but within two weeks of owning them (and only wearing them a couple of times a week for normal errand running), the sole of one of them started peeling off the foot pad. I'm very disappointed with the quality. I will be requesting a refund. It's a shame because they are very comfortable.
