Disapppointed

These took a while to even arrive which was annoying in a world of quick ships. I tried them on and found them to be comfy. Then I noticed the large stain. Bigger than a quarter. It appears to be a discoloration of the leather. If it wasnt prominently on the front of the shoe, I'd let it go. I tried to get help to reorder since I purchased on sale and wanted the same price. I spent a long time with customer service and was told they couldn't place the order because the shoes didn't officially show as delivered. I was told someone would call me and place a new order for me. A couple days later, I got a missed phone call telling me they didn't have any replacements in stock and someone would call me the next day. I received no such call and am now fuming that I'm stuck with keeping flawed shoes, or not having any.

runs small if you’re a half size

I am a 9.5 and I ordered a 9 and had to return it for a 10. I wish they had half sizes. Also, you should break in the shoe. I didn’t and thought I could walk around the mall for a few hours. Now my feet hurt. I recommend to break them in a few hours a day before you wear them all day. Half size order up. Very nice looking and I got compliments.
