Kept it, but unhappy

Okay, so Macy’s sent me this email a day before it was actually delivered, so I waited to respond. It took SOOO LONG for this item (Bagallini Cross Body) to arrive. Ridiculously too long. Once it did, it was fine. My real issue is the second item on my order, a Style & Co zip hoodie, which arrived separately looking dishelved, used and totally unacceptable. I’m keeping it (only after a thorough laundering) because I needed it in the time frame. In all, totally unhappy with my Macy’s online purchase due to late delivery on one item and really bad packaging/delivery on the other item. Do better!

Not practical

This is a nice looking bag, but not very practical. It is too deep and narrow, and the inside pockets won't fit credit cards. Disappointing!

Perfect size!

I’ve found the right bag! The first was too small, the second too large. This is it! Great for everyday. Rear zippered area holds iPad. Other sections are perfect for what I carry. No wallet necessary. Lots of slots and compartments. I love the other two purses of yours recently purchased, and will use them for different times of the year when I carry more or less, but this one is definitely a 5⭐️ for me!!!! Best feature is the single rear strap which doesn’t get in the way of accessing all zippered compartments.

Small bag

The bag is rather small but may hold more than I think . I cannot figure out what the tiny zipper compartment on the back is for . Please give me some idea bc it is not very deep at all . Seems useless . Maybe a lipstick would fit in there

Repeat buy

I loved my first bag and wore it out. I was thrilled to be able to buy it again. Great size, and I love the phone pocket and all the convenient zippered pockets along with the credit card holders. Great travel bag.
