Nice Purse but a bit too large

Like the features of this purse however it is a bit larger than necessary. The pocket for your cell phone is a real plus, easy to store and get to when needed. Purse is larger than needed but will use because of the features

Great quality

I recently purchased the cross body purse. I love it it is roomy and great organization. This is my third bagallini purse. They are great for organization and easy to clean. The wide straps are comfortable on my shoulder and the straps are easy to adjust and long enough for me. I'm taller so have the extra length in the straps is a plus for me. Good quality, great colors, fashionable and user friendly, I highly recommend Bagallini products.

Received used handbag.

The handbag I received was clearly used and returned, before it was sent to me. It has used lip gloss and used nail file in the inner zipper compartment. There were multiple dirty spots on the inside of the bag. The shipping and return label from the previous customer was still in the outer compartment! Have never had this happen with Macys.

Crossbody bag disaster

I don't like it, my neck turned dark and it burns from the strap. Not well made, the only good thing about it is the pockets. I would've returned but it's too much of a hassle and I already threw away the box.

Nice bag strap not so much

I am always very happy with your products. I do find however, that many of the purses I like now come with long straps. I would much prefer a short strap.
