Incorrect Earring Back Type

I bought earrings advertised with a ball back, but they arrived with a butterfly back. This was a problem since I sleep on my side and butterfly backs are uncomfortable. I had to return them to Macy’s, wasting time and money on parking. The seller should ensure accurate product descriptions to avoid this issue.
