Ready, Set, and Go!

Used this combo for the first time and am very pleased with both. No problems with either United or Hawaiian Airlines fitting both in the overhead or for the 2 Wheel Cabin Bag to be considered my personal item! BTW Casey, our Havanese, did not make the trip

Easy Breezy

I bought my set at your store in San Jose, CA area in Jan, 2026. I purchased for my wife on your website last month. We are going on a River Boat Cruise down the Rhine River at the end of March, 2026. We will each be taking the Briggs & Riley expandable carry on luggage plus carry bag only. No checked luggage.

3,000,000 Miles and Still Going Strong

I’m closing in on 3,000,000 lifetime miles on United Airlines, and my Briggs & Riley Baseline Global 21” has been with me for a good stretch of that journey. Before this bag, I traveled with a beautiful French Company herringbone set - elegant luggage that served me well for years until it finally surrendered, held together at the end by a thick cord wrapped around a failing zipper. The Briggs & Riley is a different class. Less romantic - think blacked-out business executive sedan - but it travels flawlessly. It fits internationally without a fight, and at 21 inches tall clears domestic sizing with an inch to spare. Over the years I’ve replaced the wheels and handles. When a strap on my garment insert tore, Briggs & Riley replaced it without hesitation. That’s the warranty promise in action. In a few weeks, this bag will be with me when I cross 3,000,000 miles at 35,000 feet. I’m confident we’ll make 4,000,000 together. One small confession: the black replacement handle was backordered, so I accepted a blue one. My sleek, blacked-out executive bag now has a single blue handle…now it has a bit of character.

The most amazing carry on bag!

This carry on suitcase is not like any other. Its ability to expand interiorly giving you so much space is just amazing and once you close the suitcase you are able to compress everything inside easily. I love it!!
