Runs small

Really pretty top but didn't work for me. I'm 34DD, 145 lbs, usually between a Small and Medium. Got a Medium in this and it was tight in shoulder/armpit area, with no give to the material. I didn't get a larger size, since it would have been too boxy around the middle,
