How

Do better Macys. Someone's over-compensating How can the cooking area be 10"x20" when the product dimensions are 15.74" x 7.something inches???? Does the cooking space magically get bigger when you turn it on??? My guess is someone didn't do their math or their job on this. Try again.

Smaller than expected

Griddle is nice but much smaller than I expected. The drip edge (the gutter that takes any grease to the trap) is part of griddle surface - so the cooking space is actually smaller than the 10x20 size. My old griddle cooking surface was 10x20 and the drip edge was separate. I like the warming tray, but it is very small. It would have been nice to use it for cord storage when not in use, but the tray is not even large enough to fit it.

Beware of sides

Griddle is good but the sides can heat up too from outside which can cause burns if accidentally touched
