Love BergHOFF's Seren Toaster
BergHOFF's Seren Toaster has a narrower profile, which is great for smaller kitchens. It has toasted everything to perfection so far and I've used it several times with bagels and bread. The toasting guide is VERY helpful. Definitely recommend.

Sorry I bought it
I bought this toaster for the side slide and easy cleaning. I have used it twice. First time, the toast had one toasted a line in the middle of the bread, where the heating element is located, and of two pieces, one was darker that the other. It took longer than my old toaster to toast, and the bread came out so hard it could break a window. Second time was pretty much the same, one side toasted more than the other side, and the bottom half of the bread was darker than the top half. I do not know how it gets good reviews. So, buy one if you like but I absolutely would not recommend this product.

This toaster is a game-changer. Not only can you clean it in seconds, but it also does the job perfectly. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use and clean
This toaster takes up no more space than my previous toaster. The design is simply brilliant. The bread or oversized scone is placed on a carriage that smoothly slides into the unit, and is just as easy to remove once done.

Need more color
Some appliances have a unique charm in their design. Its functionality and ease of cleaning are definite pluses. I am enjoying the perfectly toasted croissant. I wish they have more color option to suit my kitchen.

Work flawlessly
This toaster is absolutely well designed. Used various types of bread, frozen bagels, and pastries, I am happy with the results. Several setting including frozen setting that works flawlessly. This will not burn your your toast to a dark, Make sure you set right setting, comes with well explained instruction.

Don’t waste your money.
One of the worst toaster I have ever used. I tied two slices of bread to be toasted, all I got when it was done is two slices of “toast with a very brown streak right through the center of the slice.
