Betsy Ann foil eggs

I sent them to our grandson in Baton Rouge, LA They arrived in perfect condition with a cold pack and enjoyed immensely by all.

Arrived melted

What a mess! 1/3 of the 12 were melted into the packaging. I could not gift these. All are being returned. Also, very small for the price. Never again Betsy Anne.

Melted when arrived

About half the chocolates were melted. I guess it was too hot out there before it made it to me.

Mrs.

I am in receipt of the 12 chocolate eggs (Order #4586680603) and half of them were melted! The packaging should have protected them. I cannot give these out to my nieces/nephews on Easter. I need to return these and get a refund for them, especially because the price I paid for them. I know your policy is not to return food products but this is no fault of mine; the person who packed this item should have known to put additional protection on the order. I look forward to your response. 4/7/25, 8:50pm PST
