Very upset

Ordered back in August…As of today I’ve learned the item is “Sold out” when my item was ordered however the website Never stated this..so Iwas sitting here wondering where is my order I called today9/9/25 to learn I will not be receiving because it is sold out yet they still have this item on the website just like they’re fully stocked I am highly I’mean highly upset 😡 I shopped with Macy’s a long time ….
