Sad

The main reason this vacuum was purchased was for the cord rewind feature. Worked for a short time and done. First bissell I ever purchased.

Great Vacuum

I have had the Bissell Cleanview Rewind Vacuum for over a month now. The vacuum moves and operates very well as it cleans up the pet hair, dust, etc. from our floors. Further, this vacuum has great tools and the extension wand that make cleaning other surfaces a breeze.

Defective

I purchased this vacuum in September, it's now December, and smoking. This product hasn't been used more than ten times. I've made a call to Macy's customer service and was told nothing can be done. Money wasted

Defective & Extremely Noisy not in a good way

Good suction and light weight. The rotary brush cannot be turned off for bare floors and is extremely noisy on bare floor mode and the 2 levels above that. We found a screw that fell out of the brush assembly but could not find out where it came from. The accessory tools are poorly placed on the sides of the machine and hit furniture and fall off constantly. The cord loses 4-5 feet when clipped to top of handle to keep it out of the way from vacuuming it up. The unit is extremely hard to snap it in its upright position after vacuuming.
