Smaller than expected

The inside is too small. Other brands with same capacity are able to actually hold 4 slices of bread but not this one.

This toaster can on do 2 slices of bread but said it's for 4 slices; it cannot do 4 slices

Perfect size for us.

It isn’t a convection oven but it still serves our purpose. Only thing I don’t like is the color. Would rather have chrome or stainless look than the gray color.

Not accurate advertising

The box indicated that it had the air fryer rack, which it don’t. Thus, it is not accurate advertising.

Toaster oven

Don't purchase. It does not function as an oven. Only as a toaster. The temperature doesn't reach what the dial is set to either. Disappointed in this Black and Decker product.

Great as a toaster only. False advertising as it is not convection nor does it have the basket shown on the box

Regret purchase

Very weak. Even with extended toasting time food isn’t very warm or crisp. Contemplating returning bc it doesn’t work well.
