Smaller

I have previously owned a black & decker 6 slice toaster oven & had it for 12+ years but it broke. So I ordered this 1 & it is a lot smaller, it's more like a 4 slice. Rather disappointed. It's a excellent toaster oven & I love them but just smaller.

Horrible chemical smell

My old toaster oven broke and I was very excited about this toaster oven. Love everything about it . But when I turned it on toaster function to try it for the first time, my whole kitchen smelled like chemical . At first I thought that some products do have this smell when new so I decided to keep it open and air it out . Tried it the next day , same chemical smell . Day 3 - same issue . After 5 days I gave up and returned it . Very disappointed . Not too many companies make toaster ovens with non-toxic interior .
