Mens 2 pack Flex Stretch Cargo pants

I got these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. Unfortunately, one pair had the zipper break after one washing so now they are useless.

They said my pants would be her on the 10th of Dec because they were supposed to be a birthday gift after I checked my email will be delivered on the 17th Dec not satisfied

Horrible & Horrendous Ordeal

ZERO STARS! I placed the order on the October 3rd and was promised delivery within 3 days and as of today this order still has not shipped and is still in processing stage and Macys representatives won’t cancel this order or do anything at all to help me. I have never dealt with such lazy and useless customer service representatives. Based on other reviews it’s quite clear that Macys may use totally unethical and unscrupulous, deceptive and misleading advertising to deliberately and intentionally rip off and defraud customers. It’s truly sad and disgraceful that Macys finds the need to take advantage of their loyal customers who have been purchasing their products for over 50 years
