Couldn't ask for better.

This is a nice brush. It picks uo color well. All of this I thought my eyeshadows were bad and offered no color pay off, but it was the brushes I was using that were bad. This brush is worth the money.

Didn't love the long bristles

My approach to makeup is minimalistic--so there's few brushes in my arsenal. Didn't need this brush to accomplish application of eye shadow. Just one brush does it all. Plus I'm a new convert to Bobbi Brown's shadow stick eye shadow, which only needs a bit of finger smudging to finish applying. Check that product out if you haven't discovered it yet.

Brushes really do make

Brushes really do make a difference in how a product wears and how hard you may have to work with it to 'look' like you want. The shape and material impacts if you are able to pick up product well or not. BB makes solid quality brushes and this is another item I like having in my 'tool kit'. It has lasted a long time and still delivers.
