Excellent Handheld Frother

Was looking for a handheld frother at a reasonable price and found the Bodum at Macy’s. It is easy to use, easy to wipe or rinse clean and it works very well. I have found that for me it is better to froth the milk first and then heat it for about 30 secs, instead of heating first. The milk I use is oat milk and it comes out so frothy. I just love it!

For optimal results, we recommend using the SCHIUMA with only 2–4 oz of milk or milk alternatives; submerge the whisk near the bottom of your frothing vessel and, while operating, gently raise and lower the frother for 20–30 seconds. To operate, please note that the SCHIUMA uses a switch rather than a button - pressing directly down on the switch will not activate the device. Instead, gently push the switch to the side, away from the curved edge of the base.
