hard to figure out without instructions or diagram

I had difficulty figuring out how to get started since there are NO instructions or diagrams included with the headphones. By trial and error I finally located the power button and I THINK I have figured out how to use the quiet feature. It would help to have a diagram of which buttons are for each feature. I have yet to actually use the headphones but will do so when I take an airplane in a couple of days.

Good

I like them - they're comfortable and easy to wear. My only issue is that they occasionally cut out. It is always brief, and I'm not sure if it's happening when my phone rings or when a notification comes through, but it can be a little disruptive at times. Other than that, the sound quality is great, and so is the quality of my phone calls.

Purchased a month ago. First pair of headphones. Exceptionally comfortable, soft fit. Cancels out most extraneous noise. Bose quality sound with good bass. Love the deep blue color—very stylish. Battery recharges rapidly (30 minutes), long lasting charge. Agree with all the excellent reviews I read before purchasing.
