Poor quality and VERY POOR customer service

I would give a zero rating if i could. The item was returned on September 14th with confirmation of a refund, but for 2 months I have been trying to get Macy's to credit my account with no resolution to date! Very disappointing!!!!

Poor Quality

Very poor quality! It’s basically painted metal to look like brass but the paint finish is terrible … rough and scratched in most places and looks very cheap. I will be returning it !
