The shipping took almost 1 month to receive. I have been using the machine for a few wks now. Pros- 1. Makes a delicious cup of coffee/espresso after some trial periods. 2. Not too difficult to learn/operate. 3. Beverages stays hot. I have not tried cold brews/lattes yet. 4. Makes a variety of hot beverages. 5. Easy to read display. 6. Machine seems heavy duty. Cons- 1. Plastic edge protector easily falls off. This needs a redesign so it actually clips on machine/stays during use. (This is the most annoying part of the machine.) 2. Machine is a bit loud when initially turning on/steaming milk. 3. Once water is within drip tray it disconnects from storage tray easily. 4. The drip tray fills up quickly from auto cleaning of the steam wand. 5. Can use a better accessible storage area for accessories. 6. Couple of cases portafilter overflowed/requires addtl tapping. 7. Cannot use steam wand/brew @ same time. 8. Portafilter initially stiff Overall I will buy again/I love my machine sofar!

Luxury coffee
What a machine! I simply love this coffee maker, so simple so elegant such luxury! The Breville touch impress can make you an Americano, Latte or a Cappuccino! It fresh press your beans and you then use the ground to make you a delicious cup of coffee and let me tell you it taste so fresh not sour! Then you can steam milk if you want to make a latte or Cappuccino and it’s literally so good! I have owned and do own a lot of expensive coffee makers, one start with a J… and is twice the money and it’s not nearly as good as this and the coffee doesn’t come out at all as good as this! I served my dinner guest and after dinner coffee from my Breville machine and they were all really impressed! This is the coffee machine you need its quality coffee and you will have no need to go to an expensive coffee house to get your coffee now you can make it right at home and think of the money you can save and It’s easy to set up and clean!!

Taste and set up
Definitely one of the best products I have received. Setup up was good I used YouTube to walk me through the process which made it easier. Temperature of the coffee was great milk frother was amazing. When you do turn it on it makes some noise and when grinding coffee it’s noisy but not to bad. The coffee you get from this machine is fantastic. It has a little hidden compartment for the pieces which is nice

Novice Barista, Great Result!
My oldest daughter is a coffee connoisseur and barista at various local establishments. She recommended this product to her coffee-challenged parents and we are loving it! Never had better espresso based drinks, and considering the user, that's saying something!

Do Not Buy - Low Build Quality and Reliability
I bought one in June 2024, and nine months later in March the unit would not power on. I returned it under warranty to be repaired and they returned it two weeks later fixed and said it was a faulty ground connection. Now in February 2026, almost 1 year after the repair and less than two years since new, the power button is faulted. I can’t use the machine.

Do Not Purchase! Horrible Machine
This machine has been faulty on more than one occasion in the 6 months we have had it! Have spent hours on the phone with Breville to fix it. Fix one problem and another problem starts. (slow drip / no drip / no power / turning on by itself). No one wants to stand behind the product. Breville wants me to disassemble machine and send it back for their technicians to review. Macy's basically says - not our problem. Horrible!!! No words to even adequately describe my frustration. Overpriced and not worth it!

Beginner easy espresso machine!
LITERALLY THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!! This is so so worth it, especially with someone who is a beginner with espresso machines. It works best with beans that are more fresh and you can definitely tell the difference. I have a Keurig and Nespresso and this machine single handedly replaced them both. Touch screen, built in grinder and milk frother - it’s literally perfect.
