Not easy to program
While I really appreciate a 2 minute brew time and the coffee tasting great, I find the programming to be problematic. It is not as simple as I had hoped. Combined with the size of the unit, I am honestly not thrilled with the purchase.

Finally a Brewer worth it's $
It took me a while to take full advantage of my Brewer; and now, I can make a perfect cup of coffee. This is pricey but worth it.

Great Features, but a distinct lack of instruction on how to utilize them. Quick start guide is 50%
Mastery of this machine is by trial and error. Bloom time and flow rate settings will make a better cup of coffee but reaching the settings may be a mystery for most

Drip coffee let down
I was let down with the product, very high price but the coffee was no better than any other drip coffee machine. I own a Breville bladder and love it, best quality blender that I have ever owned, so I was let down with the coffee machine. Coffee machine is also very loud when brewing.

New coffee brewer
Just like all Breville appliances, fantastic quality, user friendly, and an excellent coffee maker. This is my third Breville appliance due to their exceptional quality.

Worst coffee maker of all time
Have had this coffee maker for over a month know. Have watched numerous videos and tried many different settings, but this coffee maker makes the worst coffee EVER. DO NOT BUY. I have never felt like I wasted more money in my life. The coffee is very watered down and tastes awful. Nothing you do can save the coffee while using this poor product. I wish I could return but can’t anymore.

Could be great
1. Brews decent coffee, 2. Menu is confusing, 3. Doesn't tell you how much time is left till done brewing, 4. Doesn't display clock after done, even though it knows time for timer based brewing, 5. Feels flimsy compared to BCD550 series. Way too expensive for these deficiencies!
