1 month update.

I’ve had my bag for a month and use it almost everyday. The quality of the bag is great and the wheels and handles seem to really hold up. Also rolls quietly.

Great Travel Companion!

We have 12 pieces of Briggs & Riley luggage…have used this brand for the last almost 4 decades. I’ve always traveled with a B&R Computer Roller Bag in addition to other luggage, and used as my airplane carry-on. But we have an upcoming trip to Europe, and at 71 and 77 years old, I wanted to be able to more easily carry everything in 2 hands, so decided to buy the medium backpack to carry rather than the computer bag, in order to leave my hands free for luggage getting on and off trains, etc. Success…everything I normally carry in the computer bag surprisingly fits in the medium backpack, and the backpack fits under the airline seat perfectly! My third B&R bag ad I love it!

I bought this piece because I wanted a carryon that was without wheels and smaller than my other B&R carryon but still could carry a lot and match my roller bag. This is perfect and I had my first trip with it last week--great pockets inside and out, love the expandable bottom, and easy on my shoulder or easy to attach to my roller bag. Totally perfect. So glad I snagged it.

Not my favorite

It is a beautiful looking bag; however the slip through panel to secure the tote over the luggage handle was so tight that it took two of us to pull the tote off. The inside pocket for the laptop is floppy. The tote does not meet the high standards of the other Briggs and Riley luggage I have owned for years.
