Love the Sympatico Medium Spinner

Beautiful piece…. but

On first glance it’s a beautiful piece. It didn’t fare good though. First trio it’s terribly scratched and beat up. I would have expected it to be a little bit more resilient.

Best hard sided medium spinner I’ve ever had

This bag survived 4 roundtrip flights in and around Asia over the course of a 3 week period, securely and without issues. It was a dream moving from curbside drop off to terminal bag checking. I recommend it for anyone who wants to travel with ease.

Great until the wheels fell off

This suitcase is the perfect size for longer trips where other medium suitcases are just a little too small. It worked well for 1-½ years until a wheel came off during a 3 week trip to Europe. We screwed it back on but it didn't stay on. There were no B&R locations in the countries we visited so we were planning to make do on 3 wheels until we returned home. Then a second wheel came off. Now the suitcase was almost unrollable so we had to take time from our vacation to locate a local repair place, Uber the suitcase there and make a second trip to pick it up the next day. Luckily we were in a city where repair shops existed. I expected more from Briggs & Riley, it can't be that hard to attach the wheels better.

Travel in style

I ordered this suitcase as an alternative to the Tumi ones I have been using for several years and I regret not changing earlier as this one is much easier to use having just flown with me to Scotland. Rough terrain is much easier to travel over and I prefer the way it compresses your packed clothes and the way it expands. Over time I will replace my other suitcases too.
