Bag tag had either the right label or wrong label

Bought the bag online and description says 31L the tag however said 27L, company said it was a typo on tag, at this point I don’t know what size did it get, seems strange a company of this size makes such a careless mistake. The bag its good, I like it, however the issue with the size has left me disappointed

Great bag!

Excellent Backpack

Numerous pockets which are organized thoughtfully. Excellent padding for laptop and tablet. Side pockets are sized appropriately for larger water bottle, although pocket wouldn't be fully zipped. Fantastic for commute to the office and even better for travel to clients.

This bag is sturdy and lightweight. It has a variety of zippered compartments to choose from for storing whatever you may want to carry: laptop, legal pad, files, pens, chargers, etc. One drawback is that it tends to lean forward and even fall on its front, especially when not expanded.
