This is Kate spade .

Hello, I am extremely upset and disappointed with the item I received from my recent Macy’s order. I ordered a Kate Spade earrings, but what I received was NOT a Kate Spade product at all. Instead, I was sent a completely different pair of earrings that appear to be used, worn, and unsanitary, with visible dirt and residue. This item was clearly not new and is absolutely unacceptable. This is very disturbing and shocking, especially coming from a trusted retailer like Macy’s. Sending a used, dirty earring in place of a brand-new Kate Spade item raises serious concerns about quality control and order handling. At the moment, I am unable to upload photos, but if you could see the item, you would immediately understand how unacceptable this situation is. I am requesting an immediate full refund or a replacement with the correct, brand-new Kate Spade earrings. Please advise on the next steps as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
