stiff with too small of bottom base

Very stiff material even after 6months of daily use. The flap with magnetic snap is obtrusive and also stiff. It needs a wider bottom base, which is very narrow and doesn't stand well (falls over because bottom is too narrow). The buckles that hold the purse strap loops are square and small which binds up the strap. However, this purse seems of excellent quality and durable if you need to fight off an attacker.
