Received wrong items

Needed to visit your local store to return 15 pairs (3 packs of 5) of these CK shorts that I ordered online from Macys.com. They came in assorted colors instead of the all-black that I thought I had ordered. (One of your Websites offers 2 black color choices—which I thought was weird--1 is apparently assorted not all-black in color as shown in the photos & description). Fortunately the store carried the all-black that we needed.

Poor Customer Care!

This product is fine. My issue is with you Macy’s! You failed in shipping this to me twice! I ordered on Jan 19 and didn’t receive until Feb 3. You told me twice that it was shipped, each time giving me a delivery date. Both were missed by you! No explanation given. Nada. I’m done buying from you. Have shopped with you for 30+yrs but you have gone way downhill as a company. Cutting up my Macys card. Bye bye for good!
