Drawers are lop sided

Received this yesterday I asked my son to take it out of the double box. Packed very well. I see immediately there are bubbles in the paint or coating of the peice. Next I see a scratch at this point I’m fine with it it’s adds character but then I open and close the drawers and they are lop sided and too small to sit inside the track so one side falls. It’s impossible to put the drawer in without it falling or not closing. I’m hoping this is a defect and not all made this way because it’s not useable. I have to return this.
