Pay attention

I’m giving this a one-star rating because I ordered the flamingo suitcase but received a completely different pattern. It’s disappointing to receive the wrong item. I would suggest taking more care and attention to detail when fulfilling orders to ensure customers get exactly what they’ve requested.
