Time to fire the COO of Macy's

I have been 10 years of VIP customer. Lately, they were unable to deleiver any single shipment with satisfactiry manners, such as less item, dammaged Item or Broken packaing mostly looks like refurbiushed or Used item or opened box. I just trashed it as i do't have time to go for retuern.
