Pretty with a few concerns

I will likely keep this shirt. The color is pretty and I love the ruffles. What I don't like is the sleeves; the band at the base of the sleeve is not stretchy at all. I guess I have larger arms and this band is tight. Also, this is not a shirt that I feel I will be able to tuck in personally where I tuck it causes it to stick out. So I am still trying to figure out how I am going to wear this blouse.
