Seller doesn’t answer complaints

I got the shade Magic Hours and it was stunning but it showed up totally smashed. I emailed the seller twice with about a week in between and got no response and Macys doesn’t have an email for customer service. What a disappointment. I wanted a replacement but I just wound up returning it so I can’t say if the actual product is any good. I wouldn’t buy from this brand, or at least go in and get it.

I liked this product because the color lasted all day on my face. No need to reapply. I ordered this item on line. My complaint is the color on the website didn’t match the real color at all. I ordered “67 Go Getter”, thinking it was a darker and slightly brown color. The color turned out to be a super bright orange. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning. Now, I only use a little of the powder and it gives me plenty of colors.

Worst Vendor

Do not purchase from this third party vendor. I did not receive the product I ordered and Macy's basically told me there's nothing they can do. They took my money just fine, but won't help to get resolution with their third party vendor. I have sent 4 emails to the Doucce with no response.
