Great hydration

The toner's consistency is fairly runny, but still a bit thicker. And what's especially nice is that it's not oily at all. Some people don't like the scent, but I'm a fan of rather distinct scents, so the toner's aroma doesn't bother me at all. I tried using this toner without a cotton pad, but I found it was too wasteful. So, I use it with a pad. My skin feels very comfortable when using the toner. There's no dryness or tightness. Clarins toner is an excellent toner. With regular use, my skin is radiant, looks healthier, and my skin tone is evened out.
