Customer service review

I ordered 2 of these shoes, different sizes. They shipped in a BAG. Completely SMASHED! If I were in the store, I probably wouldn't buy the shoes because this box would lead me to believe I were buying used or damaged goods. If these had not been leather, the shoes would have been damaged. So that's an extra star for the shoes. I also like that I can adjust the size of the straps around the heel AND toes.

These sandals have a flat footbed-no cushion & no arch. They are not comfortable & had to be returned.
