Awful way to deliver

Love the Clark brand, my opinion here is my experience on delivery issues.... as I order this time a pair for my grandson. He was so excited waiting and when it finally arrived, the shoes came as it was picked from the shelves and put on the box, all scratched not wrapped, the receipt put inside one of the shoes.

Ill fitting

Love the shoe and ordered my regular size 9.5... they were flapping and made my feet look so long. Lol! I have to take them back to see if they have the right size.

Clark's shacre boots

I still haven't received it !! I'm very disappointed with Macy's !! I ordered them weeks ago !! I needed them by today on Thanksgiving but obviously they haven't arrived in time !! This Negligence on Macy's behalf is totally unacceptable and I believe you should compensate me for your short comings on not guaranting my delivery on time !!

Beautiful Wannabe Wallabies

I love the shape and construction of these Clarks Shacres. They are classic, timeless, yet so modern and cool. I only a complaints. The wide size is really not very wide. If you need EE or wider, this shoe may be too narrow. They do stretch out over time though. I ordered the dark brown leather and it's rich and beautiful. However, the color of the tops on the two shoes are just different enough to be bothersome. I'm aware that Clarks has had quality control issues over the years, but the color matching should be an easy thing to get right. Comfort-wise, they can't compete with more advanced designs for long walks and all day wear. The sole is soft but it doesn't feel that stable and the inserts offer little support. The whole shoe has a reasonable softness that makes them feel more comforting than comfortable. Overall, these are still wonderful shoes and unique enough to make them worth having.

This is my second pair in a different color. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dres/casual look.
