Wrong Item Sent!

I received my item late with “wrong shoe in box” written on the box. When I opened the box, the shoes were not the Clarks brand and appeared used.

Not wide

Well made shoe, great traction on the sole, however I ordered a wide fit, it was labeled as such but it was not wide. I ordered two pair, one black one brown, the black was fine but I will be returning the brown.
